All hosting providers seem to be offering the same hosting features: unlimited space, unlimited email accounts, unlimited bandwidth, etc. so does Hostpapa. So why is Hostpapa different?
This is what we have found.
1. Customer Service is excellent. They go out of their way to help you. They usually answer support request no later than 2 hours. Sometimes it is really fast. We are based in Sri Lanka and the servers are based in Canada. If they respond that fast in the middle of the night just imagine how fast they are during their day time.
2. Google Indexing. We are not sure of their secret but they seem to index on Google really fast. When you submit a site on Google within a month or less it is already indexed.
3. Domain Delegations. Domain delegations through Hostpapa is super fast. We don't know their secret but it is much better than Godaddy for sure. One time we were transferring a client from a provider to Hostpapa and the delegation took place like in 10 minutes. Even we couldn't keep up with it,
4. Server Uptime. We have had no issues with downtime. Their servers seem reliable and so easily accessible.
5. Control Panel. They use Cpanel which we think is the best as it gives us so much control. Anyhow, with their excellent Support Team, if there is something you need they get it done ASAP for you.
